THE CHARACTERS:

CHRISTINE –  An attractive foreign woman in her forties.

DONALD –  A late middle-aged English butler.

JAMIE –  A young Englishman.

THE DOCTOR –  A late middle-aged man of uncertain nationality.

A dark comedy which takes place in the sitting-room of a first-floor Paris apartment, present day.

Christine has a macabre history which the Doctor desperately needs to keep secret.

Jamie and Donald are planning a criminal operation.

An entanglement of attempted manipulation ensues, with sad and also hilarious consequences.
